(MIDP) 2023-2027.
Pursuant to section 37 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011(and Amendment Act of 2019), the municipality is in the process of aligning the municipal intergrated Development plan with the County Intergrated Development plan(2023-2027)which will outline the development priorities of the Municipality for the period 2023-2027.The five year plan shall be the basis for all budgeting and spending in the Municipality.
Abiding by the requirements of Section 115(1) of the County Government Act 2012,the Municipality invites members of the public and stakeholders to participate in the process. The consultative forums have been scheduled in the Municipality at the venue indicated below:
